I am getting this error when trying authentication in Transparent Proxy?

    Hi;

    Transparent Proxy setup. The session is showing under proxied sessions the service is HTTPS and the protocol is HTTPS_FWD. However everytime I hit a site over https I get this error:

     

    unauthorized SSL connection, transaction denied (Appliance Error)

    Hi Wasfi,

     

                   Can you check your Proxy Services and see with what service you are intercepting the HTTPS (TCP Port 443)? Also do you have any SSL Interception bypassing rules? The error mentioned shows that the proxy can't authenticate an SSL session without intercepting it. You seems to have a Proxy service or policy based restriction on intercepting it.
