Yes, I had to contact tech. support. I can now see and download files.
@Vladimir, did you ever get this resolved? There have been some customers that have had to ask customer care to open a ticket to get this done. The ICDx technical support team can help with getting the files to you.
I am not able to find files for download.
Don't be afraid to open a technical case with customer care if you have any questions about installation. Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 16.04, and RHEL 7.6 are good to go!
