I am trying to find the ova file for Symantec EDR and based on the article below it displays No DATA FOUND.

You are searching EDR software under MainFrame Software.. Select Cyber Security Software and search for EDR. you will find it

Hi Olgerta,

You must have "Endpoint Security Complete" license, then you can see it on "My Downloads" support portal.
IF you do not have license then you can't download SEDR OVA from "My Downloads > Endpoint Security Complete".
IF you do have license but you don't see any product on Support portal "My Entitlements" then make sure you have register your site.

Hi Olgerta,
In addition to the info Haoyu Yu posted (you need to have a valid license associated with the user account you logged into the support site with) I though I should call out that due to a change with the web page, by default the page that the link navigates to opens on the "Mainframe Software" downloads section.
You need to click the menu button on top right of the page and select "Cyber Security Software" to see downloads releated to the Symanetc Enterprtise Division portfolio
