DLP agent not detecting submit to HTTPS Form

Hello,

DLP agent is able to detect violations submitting text or uploading files to HTTP but in regards to HTTPS agent is able only to block file uploads, sensitive data are passed when entered in web form and submitted is that a normal behavior in HTTPS?
