The Legacy (Java) VPM is being phased out, with many new features only being added to the new VPM. An example of this is the new
Access Security Policy, and Content Security Policy layers. If you are using these new layers, you would need to use the new VPM moving forward. Also, when you load the new VPM, you should see your pre-existing rules and layers, so there is no need to export the old VPM and reimport to the new one.
That said, if the Legacy VPM is still needed it should still load and work, so long as you aren't using these new layers and features. I am running SGOS 7.3.9.1 currently, I can still load and make policy changes in the Legacy VPM.

Is it possible to use old VPM for Access Layers or we have to use only new VPM Mode which contains in SGOS 7.3.8.2.
Also is it possible to export each layers contains the access policies.
