Right now we are using Version 10.8.0. Few days ago we have update it from 10.7.5.
As per your guidance, let me do the reboot activity and then check again

Daer Community,
We are facing a weird issue for last of couple months where we observed that when we submit any bad email is spam submission, then it was successfully submitted to Symantec, but in the SPAM submission details tab we not able to find any record of that submissions.
Following error are shows in SMG.
Can Some one please guide us how to resolve the issue?
