  • 1.  Unable to connect Isolation

    I have a URL click-tiime policy blocking of pages is working but can't reach on the browser isolation.

    here are my policy and test link I tried also to enable only the policy to pass browser isolation only bit still got the same result.

    Hi Marlon,

    It looks to me like the clicktime policy is working correctly as your browser is being redirected to https://us-email-isolation.prod.fire.glass/portal_token but there is an issue accessing that url, possibly due to some internal firewall controls or IP poisoning. If you navigate to that truncated URL you would normally get a "Forbidden" message, and the full URL would give you the isolated view of your email. Have you tried viewing that URL on a different network?

    im testing this at my home network so theres no restrictions.

    Are you connected to a VPN? When you "ping us-email-isolation.prod.fire.glass" do you get the IP address resolving as 34.107.185.116 and being reached?

    @Martin Line Thanks for this troubleshooting step. Im not connected in the VPN but theres something blocking on my corporate issued device. I test it with my personal workstation and it goes well Thanks!
