    Hi,

    I'm experiencing a SEP 12.1.1000.157 installation rollback on windows XP station and i have tried the following

    1. Deleted registry key in HKLM\Software\Symantec registry.
    2. Assign Full permission in C:\Windows\Temp folder.
    3. Assign local administrator permission.
    4. Delete C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec and C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection folders.
    5. Turn off Windows Defender.
