SMG to Email Cloud services

Hello everyone

We want to make a Symantec Email cloud migration for one of our customers. Our customer is currently using SMG onprem effectively. How can I make the fastest and most secure from smg to email cloud migration? How can I transfer the rules in Onprem SMG to email cloud?

Thanks Alexander. Is there a way of transfering the policies and other configs to Email cloud fastly? We also migrate from SEP to SESC. İt was easy.

Nope. That is impossible. Each setup is unique.

  Hello Mustafa

   Looking at the manual there isn't way to export these settings. You can only backup and restore entire configuration Backup and Restore the Messaging Gateway but I guess it only to applies to onprem SMG's. I guess you should ask from support if this is possible in some other way.
