Are these systems joined to a domain? If not, you need to disable the ARSO/Automatic Restart Sign On option...this does something weird to the windows login for certain things...if it's a joined domain machine, you would not have this issue and if the admin password works, sounds just like it.

We have 3 laptops running Windows 10 , users are not able to authenticate with new or old pw at the SEE login screen.
Is there a setting the device must connect to Symantec server or a log for these error message. The see admin pw works.
