Notification associated to products via Email Distribution List

It is important for product support team to promptly informed about product news related security/vulnerability/EOSL. Understand each personnel can subscribe to these information. However, it would be better if these information can be subscribed and received by an Email Distribution List. This way all the members (existing and new hire) in the list can immediately receive these information without any further action. This can bring down the time and effort required to go through account creation and approval before one can start become operational.
