Dear Torsten Knorr,
Thank you for your time.
I have the same issue here.

Thank you in advance.

SEP 14.0 - 14.2.x are EOL and thats the reason, you need to upgrade / update to 14.3.x.

Subject: LiveUpdate is not updating definitions
I have Endpoint Protection installed on a single Windows computer.
Version 14.2, build 1015.
The status menu states Antivirus and Antispyware Protection definitions are out of date.
They are at least 3 weeks old.
I click on the Fix button and I get a dialog box that states
"Symantec endpoint protection has requested a protection definitions update. this problem will disappear after the update is complete."
I can only click OK to this message and then nothing happens.
I have been getting this every time I click on Fix for the past many days.
If I click the LiveUpdate button, I get this :
"The following Symantec products and components are installed on your computer:
> SEP Client Security Updates
> AP Portal List
> Intrusion Prevention Signatures
> Symantec Endpoint Protection Client

However, the status warning still exists and nothing is updated.
How do I update the definitions to make this warning go away?
Thank you.
