    Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue while copying/cutting the encrypted file from the external drive to the network drive/local system which keeps getting the file access denied error by connecting with the external drive with a USB port and moving the data to the Network share drive. The image is below:

    image.png

    • SEE Server version: 11.4.0 MP2
    • SEE Server OS Version: Windows Server 2016 (1607)
    • SEE Client version: 11.3.1 (Build 667 MP1HF1) and tried  with the New one also (11.4)
    • SEE Client OS Version: Windows 10 Version 22H2 (x64)

The file is encrypted, however, it will be successful to copy/cut on post-decryption and remove the SEE client. Kindly let me know what step I miss when trying to copy/cut the encrypted file?

Hi everyone, there is some additional information regarding this. We can copy the file from an external drive (USB) and paste the hard drive of the computer without any error, however we try to perform the cut file from an external drive (USB) and paste it into the hard drive of the computer, somehow it requires permission. May I know if we can I check the policy for this behaviour or disable anything that can disable this behaviour? Kindly help me regarding this matter
