    Hello,  Some of our clients did not recieve our mails because your system blocks our ip, we always get this result since one year, although our ip did not send any spam : The IP Address 192.163.209.190 was found to have a negative reputation.

    I have confirmed that 192.163.209.190 is on the Global Bad Senders list.
    Obviously we can't make this kind of change based on an arbitrary posting to a public forum.

    I suggest you have your client, who has a support account open a support case.  
    Customer support will work with your customer to determine why the IP is blocked and, if it is in error, get the reputation changed.
    As I am sure you understand, for the protection of everyone involved, requesting a change in reputation requires some level of checking and validation.  Having our common customer work with with Customer Support will help provide that validation.
