Hello Community,
I wanted to update my SEP environment (v14.2) to the current version. The update failed because the host name in the server certificate does not match the name of the host on which the SEP management server is running. In fact, the management server was migrated to another host some time ago and the old host name is still in the certificate. So far, this has obviously had no effect on the functionality of SEP.I have now followed the instructions "Update the server certificate on the management server without breaking communications with the client" and set the connection to the clients to "not secure" (point 7).The next point "Updating or restoring a server certificate." There are several options described that make it necessary to update the server certificate. But none because of an incorrect host name.So my question: Should I select "Update server certificate" or "Create new server certificate (self-signed). Generate new keys" in the server certificate management wizard?
Thank you for your help
