I have a problem with one of my customers and I would like to know if someone has had the same situation.
- My customer has added an external email on to the Approval Senders and it functioned in that moment but now he has other problem:
- He has 2 users who receives emails from the email added but:
- 1 user receives the email
- 1 user not receives the emails because Symantec send to quarantine
Does someone tell me what will happend or why 1 user receives and 1 user not
I´ll appreciate your help. Regards
