Events with unknown URL DLP Endpoint

Hello!
I am having problems when I authorize URL/IPS so that they can load information, since it does not allow them to do it from Google Chrome because the normal block is generated, but when they try to do the same from, for example, the edge browser, it works without problems.
Additionally, in the event report, the URL appears as unknown.
Do you know why this could be happening?
Suddenly, they would also have a list of Google Chrome versions that support DLP 15.7
