Error During Bootup - initramfs not found

We recently attempted to update our Messaging Gateway (Running on VMWare) to the latest version. After clicking Download, we received an error saying that the Download had failed. Figured we should try rebooting the device. Now it will not boot up. We are receiving the following error and it just hangs here.

Can you download the iso from the support portal, then mount it in VMware.

Hey, thank you for the reply. I was able to do as you said. I started a case and, after trying a few things, came to the conclusion that the only option was to reinstall using the iso. Thankfully we had a recent backup of everything.
