Endpoint Synch between On-Premise & Cloud

    Team,

    I need an advice. Customer has synch between on-premise SEPM and Cloud EDR Console.

    When the endpoint laptop shutdown on the on-premise SEPM, the Endpoint still shows Active (Green),

    Is there is a settings to make the Synch immediately?

    Need advice or KB
