  • 1.  Email SPF rejections

    Hi Everyone

    About 10 days ago, seemingly random emails passing through my Email Security.cloud service started getting rejected by my mail service provider. The error message is 550 5.7.23 <email address redacted>: Recipient address rejected: Message rejected due to: SPF fail - not authorized.

    My SPF record is correct and in place and my mail provider seems to have absolutely no idea how to resolve this.

    Any ideas?

    Please raise a support ticket at support.broadcom.com, and they will be able to look into this for you.
