CAS - Upgrade Issue

Hello,

We want upgrade CAS Appliance version from 1.3.7.8 to 3.1.x. We tried upgrade to version 2.1.1.1 but we get some error;

I tried another version for upgrade but i got same error. When i reboot the device to upgrade it starts with the current version.

Hello

How about doing the following :

• doing a backup of CAS appliance
• take note of important part of the configuration : Always be prepared for the worst case (doing the configuration from scratch)
• reset appliance to factory default
• restore backup
• basic connection check (network reachability, licenses enabled, Symantec AV DB updated ...)
• upgrade

Should you encounter the same issue, repeat the same process but via doing a configuration from scratch instead of restoring the configuration.
