    there is no rule created for the same.

    Hi Nawaz,

    Your question seems to imply you may be having a specific problem; if that is the case, please contact Support at support.broadcom.com.  Otherwise here is some general information which may be relevant:
    - There is a limit of 200 recipients per individual email; recipients over that limit will be temp-failed, which means that your sending server should retry them later.  I.e. if you send one message to 1000 recipients, a "normal" mail server would end up sending it as 5 emails in batches of 200 recipients, because we would accept 200 at a time and it would automatically retry the remainder.  That means there would be a noticeable delay between the first 200 recipients receiving the mail and the last 200; you could remove that delay by sending as 5 separate emails from the outset.
    - There is an AUP which stipulates how many emails a given sender may send in a month.  Please review your contract or the service description for more information. 
    - The service is intended for providing hygiene services and enforcing email policy - not for "bulk mailing".  In particular, outbound mail which looks like spam could be blocked.  However, simply sending lots of messages with the same subject would not trigger that.
