We have two Blue coat devices (SG 300 and 400 series), both devices are not powering ON, Also, both devices are not in warranty, I know devices were ending of life.
The appliance does not boot or display any console output after powering on the appliance. Also, I had tried unplugged the power and open the unit top cover then I had been reseated the power supply, RAM stick, HDDs and hold the Reset button in the device, Still both devices are not working. The appliance front panel LEDs display the following:
SG300 - Power LED is RED
400 Series - Power LED is Green & HDD is RED.
Is there any way to get it back working? Can you help me on this?
