Assigned date for hardware token

Hi Expert,

I have more than 2000 hardware tokens with a NEW status. I wanted to know the exact date when this token was assigned or registered to the VIP manager. I did run the transaction report, but the date range only limit to pass 1 year only. Do I have any other options?

Hi Atifah,

The token samples show in a NEW state, which means they are registered in the VIP system but not yet activated against your VIP JHash. In your case, locate the credential ID in VIP Manager and click Enable Credential to activate, or use an API call to activateToken through your application to do the same.
