  • 1.  421 4.4.4 [internal] Domain Does Not Resolve

    My smg registers this error sometimes (421 4.4.4 [internal] Domain Does Not Resolve), I performed a check with this article (421 4.4.4 [internal] Domain Does Not Resolve on outgoing e-mail. Domain name comparison is case sensitive on DNS results) but it continues to fail occasionally. Please can you tell me what other check I should do?

    Check the dns server that smg is using can resolve all internet domains

    I forgot to mention it, I did DNS resolution tests and it works perfect. But it still happens occasionally
