How to exclude particular Files and Folders from all Scanning on SEPM
In Symantec console Go to Policies Tab --> Exceptions
Right Click on Blank Space and Choose Add
Give name to Policy
Choose Add Button --> Windows Exceptions --> Files or Folders
In Folder option gives a path of Ajax Mail Sync.exe folder which is present on client machines Drive.
For Example: - C:\Program Files\Ajax Mail Sync.exe
And click on OK.
Assign this policy to Nonshared Group.
Assign this policy to one Non-Shared Test Group ,Check that policy working fine, If policy working fine then apply this policy to one by one another groups.
