Spam messages don't make it to quarantine

    Hello Team,

We recently changed the IP address of the control center and now spam messages aren't being routed to it. Looking at the mta-control route for Control-Center, I see that the old control center IP address is being referenced.

Changed the IP as mentioned in the tech doc below.
    https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/email-security/messaging-gateway/10-7-3/Administration_-_Hosts_11/changing-the-ip-address-of-the-control-center-host-v19811340-d453e1162.html

Ran the "agent config command" on the scanners after modifying the IP address of the Control Center.

However, the MX record for Control-Center shows the old IP address.

We are able to reroute the messages that are in the queue temporarily to the correct IP address, but we need to fix this stuck MX record that the scanners know.

Please help us in resolving the issue.

    Thanks,
    Rakesh
