    Broadcomm has advised that the beta central console that Symantec created prior to the acquistion will not be supported and will be decommissioned.   This is unfortunate especially since we are deploying over 200 scanners.   

     

    Their solution was to use the API interface on the scanner and pull data when needed.   We would have to bring in an API developer to assist with this, but before we do that I was wondering if anyone was using the API calls to obtain information and if they are willing to share details or code.

    Hello,

    As the Product Manager for ICSP products, I can assure you that we are continuing to invest in this business and are developing new product features for our ICSP Neural Scanner line (latest v6.1.3 software). The current Cloud Console (https://neural.iot.symantec.com/) will continue to be available to customers who have invested in our ICSP Neural Scanner line while we are planning and developing a new centralized console to replace it.
