Firewall driver is not loaded (SEP14.2) Windows Server 2019

    Hi all

    I have installed the SEP on Windows by below information:
    - OS version: Windows Server 2019 Standard(64bit)
    - SEP version: 14.2.2(Japanese Edition)
    - Package: Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_14.2.2_Win64-bit_Client_JP.exe

    But after installation, system tray icon displays "Firewall driver is not loaded",
    and in client UI shows below warning:
      "Firewall is not functioning correctly. your protection definitions may be damaged or your product installation may be corrupt."

    I have try to modify the setting below, but it did not work.
    -Windows firewall is disabled
