Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has experienced indexing failures when doing a directory sync on AD groups.
I am attempting to create a new user group for a policy, however keep getting an error saying the data file is corrupted.
I have tested the directory connectivity in the settings, and account credentials work fine. See error below:
Does anyone know what could be causing the failure, or any other things to troubleshoot? The AD groups I am selecting only has 1/3 users in them and are explicitly based on role.
