I just submitted a ticket for this issue but thought I'd throw this out to the community as well.
I am running CCS v10.0, with PCU 2010-4 installed. In Reporting and Analytics Console after editing/saving a standard Check - new or existing Check - the Console app either stops responding all together or crashes with the following error:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. [next line] Out of memory."
Tried both Continue and Quit on error message on separate occasions but same results occur in which the app crashes.
When the Console app just stops responding (and doesn't get the above crash error), the only way to close or exit the app is to end task on the SymConsole.exe process. This is happening on three different machines now: the CCS server (Windows Server 2003 SP2, 32bit, Xeon Quad 2Ghz CPUs, 4GB RAM), laptop (Windows XP SP3, Centrino Duo 1.8Ghz with 2GB RAM), and a desktop (Windows XP SP3, P4 2.4Ghz, 1GB RAM).
This issue occurs just after the Check saves and the pop up window displays the message to run a Data Collection to ensure accurate data.
Anyone else experiencing this or similar issue? I believe this issue is reproduceable as I've done this three time in a row today. I have restarted the server at least once since starting to get these errors. Going to try to reboot my workstation machines and try again just for kicks.
