    Good morning!

First I'll check this affected CEM client computer certificate(s) from Certificates Management page

    1. Maybe you CEM client has expired certificate so from this Console page you can renew its certificate but this client should return back to intranet connection to receive fresh certificate to allow it successfully return back to CEM mode.
    2. Probably you have generated CEM offline package with date/time which is more in future than date/time is right now on this client PC where CEM offline package is installed.

Example when certificate will be not valid due required date/time mismatch:
    Certificate generated start date/time: 10/5/2020 - 09:00 AM
    Client date/time: 10/5/2020 - 03:00 AM
So when client PC date/time will be 10/5/2020 - 09:00 AM then this generated certificate becomes valid.

    Thanks,
    IP.
