  • 1.  Agent Initialization Pending/Agent not registered

    Hello

    I have a problem when the Altiris agent is installed on the client there is an error message "agent not register" image attached,

    has anyone ever experienced this problem.

    Hello!

    Please check "Agent Registration Status" report, find there your client PC name and if it has "Status" not Allowed, you can mouse right click on this client PC and allow registration. (not sure that this is exactly a reason of your current registration problem)

    I followed your advice on this issue and really helped my work, and now the agent has returned to normal. What I want to ask is why the "agent not registering" indication appears. can you tell me why it happened like that?

    Seems like you have some non default registration rule settings in policy.
    Please check this link, there is shown picture about this registration policy, so you can verify what exactly is set there right now on your NS machine
