DLP Cloud Service Email work two modes?

Hi,


My envirioment (DLP Cloud Service Email) is configuring for Reflecting Mode in O365, I will add Security Email Cisco and not know if DLP work two modes (reflecting and forwarding mode) for differents domain. It's possible?

If i change for Forwarding Mode, following the article (Configuring Office 365 to use Symantec Email Security.cloud for email delivery (Forwarding mode)

). I don't see where configure in Enforce DLP the Next Hop for send to Security Email Cisco, someone help me, please?

Hi DH.

The DLP Cloud Service for Email currently includes the following options for sending messages "downstream":

• In Reflecting mode, back to O365
• In Forwarding mode, downstream to Email Security.cloud

You can only do one or the other, as each Cloud Email Detector can only be configured to send to one Next Hop.

I understand, switching to forward or dlp mode does no force enable the configuration of the next hope?

Well, if you wish to request a change in the DLP Cloud Service for Email, you will need to open a ticket with the support team, as the configuration of this hosted system is not done from the Enforce console.
