Just wondering if anyone could share and/or provide guidance with regards to upgrading SDM to R17.x. as we plan to upgrade our ITSM environment to R17.x (SDM, SC and APM), in particular, for SDM, we do have modified htmpl forms, customized triggers and spell codes (created by CA professional services), schema changes (added fields).... when we perform an in place upgrade to R17.x, would these changes be "retained" or would they need to be recreated?
With regards to other components, can they stay on their current version and not be part of the upgrade? (EEM and PAM).
