    Anyone else noticing that SIM can't access the default product listing that was available on the solutionsam.com site? Is there a new URL we should pointing SIM at?

    Certainly have - opened a thread yesterday to get it fixed. Igor has been very helpful, but the issue remains. (Link)

    I saw your thread after I posted. Same thing for our PMImports, then, which also use www.solutionsam.com. Those have been failing for days, just when I wanted to see if we had Zoom updates to install amid all security vulnerabilities happening with that.

    Failed to process cab file http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_1/patch/windows/pmimport.cab : The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseStatusLine 

    I'll open a case.

    Interesting. We haven't seen problems with our PM Import processes.

    This was an issue on our end. At some point we started blocking the site. I had our network team allow the site and now everything is working fine.
