  • 1.  Problems with IP Blocking - Global Bad Senders

    Posted May 17, 2019 03:57 PM
    Good afternoon!

I would like to request the removal of the IP from our mail server, located in São Paulo, IP 177.85.100.60 and IP 177.85.100.61, from the list of bad global senders, since we are a company with 25 years of activity in the retail furniture business. and appliances, the largest in the state of Pernambuco. We even check our server and it does not have a virus after manual intervention this week. I ask you to review the block, as we have several commercial partners, such as Banco Itaú, for example, where we need to reactivate shipments normally.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Thiago,

The IP address does not appear to be related to our infrastructure. Their MX record is not pointed to Symantec service.
