    Hi ,

    Do you have received any return code 4 ?

    Check this artical

    Error: LiveUpdate encountered one or more errors. Return code = 4" in LiveUpdate status in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

    Open control pannel

    Open Symantec liveupdate

    Set the Liveupdate mode as interactivet 

    If you have any proxy set it up here.

    start -run -luall.exe

    now select only one small udpate. check if that completes.

    Hi,

    Hope your machine having internet connection and is accessible to Symantec live update server.

    also do a luall.exe on run and see what is happening ?
