  • 1.  Bluecoat error while SSL access and working file after rebooted

    I can not use internet and with some error as an attch.

    After rebooted the Bluecoat device working fine .

    Bluecoat error while SSL access

     

    I am attachment of the error , sysino and eventlogs .

    Hi Nabarun,

     

                   Recommending to check this over a TAC case. This might need extensive data check which is not possible over public forum. I have quickly checked the logs attached. This might not be enough for finding the SSL error. A packet capture and Policy trace when the issue occurred will be required.

    Hi Aravind ,

    Thanks for the update .

     

    The device can handel forward the traffice 20 MB , however the device is forwading the traffice 61 MB .

     

    Also CPU is 90 % .

    Is it could be the reson ?

    Hi Nabarun,

     

                 Yeah. Even though we don't put a hard coded limit on the traffic that can be served by the box, anything which is beyond the hardware's capacity is on best effort. The performance might be impacted by this. But that doesn't answer the SSL error. My assumption would be that the proxy was trying to throw an exception to user by using its default certificate. Since the browser is not having it installed, it showed an error to user instead. These 2 issues may be related.
