  • 1.  Block running applications from removable media

    Good day All,

    We have SEPM on-premise and busy migrating to SESC.

    Some users are allowed to use USB external storage devices, but we have a policy in our on-premise deployment that blocks applications from running from removable media. If the external storage has a .exe file on it , the policy prohibits the exe from executing.

    Where or How do i configure this same policy setting in SESC. I can not find it anywhere, OR does someone maybe have a workaround idea that i can use.

    The feature to enable custom rule creation is coming near the end of the year.

    We have a beta of a new workflow that allows easy switching of agents from on-prem to cloud. If you're interested in trying it, please let me know.
