I've got Windows Remote Assistance working when i uninstall SEP, even if I enter in the port (135) It still doesn't connect. I've even tried turning off the firewall in SEP and still no dice. The only way it works is with a uninstall. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? What was the fix?

I have the same issue, I have new Windows 10 desktops and laptops, Windows Remote Assistance works great! but when I install the new Symantec cloud client,
RA stops working.
Any help is welcome.
