  • 1.  What is the correct way to reimage S550 Appliance

    Hi,

    I have one S550 appliance, which does not have any DVD Drive or VGA cable to connect to using monitor.

    All it has is console port with one USB port.

    The guides showing you must make bootable USB from EDR image and connect to console and restart then press CTRL+D and it will start booting from USB.

    I have tried multiple times to do so but no luck of booting from USB.

    Any one can help to provide more accurate way.

    If you have followed the instructions documented in the online help (https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/endpoint-security-and-management/endpoint-detection-and-response/4-5/about-v96380626-d38e6/re-installing-onto-the-550-appliance-from-a-usb-st-v133220428-d38e9067.html) and this is not successful, at what stage is it failing and how does that failure manifest?
