I have previously sent emails to customers who work at State Street, TD Bank, Ford and other large corporations.

Now these emails are getting blocked and I receive this error message. I tried to find the Broadcom Troubleshooting page but can't.

550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 553 Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at;https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId;=TECH246726 for more information. (#5.7.1)

    Can someone please help! Thanks.

I am currently not a Broadcom customer. Is it possible to submit an email to you, that describes this problem?

    Hi Ron,

The method shared in the article does not require you to be a customer:
    https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId=TECH253432

You can still forward the samples to the address listed.

Please describe the issue you're having.
