    Good Morning,

    We are responsible for the email server which uses the following IP (s) for sending emails:

    162.214.70.157
    162.214.70.166
    162.214.70.243
    162.214.70.244
    162.214.70.245

    162.214.69.61
    162.214.69.77
    162.214.69.93
    162.214.69.94
    162.214.69.95

    Symantec is improperly blocked our IP (s).

    We have already requested unlocking more than 3 times and the lock occurs again.

    We identified the issue after our client polygoengineering.com lost connection with the @ mrv.com domain.

    just to clarify, symantec/Broadcom doesn't block any IPs or URLS, we categorize and base on that customers are free to block or otherwise

    Could you provide some background on what you mean by "Symantec is improperly blocked our IP (s)."
