FILE REPUTATION LOOKUP ALERT

Hi Team

I write you because I would like to know if you can explain me more about the Alert of File Reputation, one of my customers is receiving this alerts since 2 weeks ago and I have tried to investigate more but the alert doesn´t show which file or files where detected and couldn´t be validated. 

I read that this alert is because the SEPM couldn´t validate files on the Global Intelligence Network, is this correct? or how can I explain the function of this Alert?

Hi, this is not a file related issue.
This issue means, that a Reputation lookup alert can't reach out to Symantec Reputation Service.
