SAV10.1.6.6010 - BSOD issue (DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS) with SAVRT.SYS

A small number of our SAV10.1 clients have blue screened (error in title) and the only fix is to uninstall and reinstall SAV.

Question for the group: What would cause this particluar issue? I understand that there is limited info here, but I'm just looking for possible causes and not necessarily a definitive answer. (I'm hoping to get a copy of the BSOD dump file to figure out the exact cause)

    Thanks in advance!
