    Friends, 

    Few users are complainaing about delay in validating the Tokens, through the VIP validation Server. Wanted to know how can we extarct a report to get the response time for each client the RADIUS Server is serving too.

    In VIP Manager, you can access the transactions. The timestamp on each reflects the data in the VIP cloud. Hence, you can compare when the request was initiated in your application and when it his the VIP cloud. Also, check for errors in the Validation Server logs.
