  • 1.  What is SM131 process in Memory statistics?

    Posted Jan 25, 2021 05:41 PM
    Hello everyone,

I'm facing some high memory issue, it reaches up to almost 90% and rebooted itself.
When I checked the trend group data, Management:avg-used-byte is significantly increased at that time.
and also the SM131 is very high as below, normal case it was around 3~400,000,000
    SM100 17,179,869,184
    SM103 48,427,008
    SM10 17,131,442,176
    SM101 12,614,041,600
    SM110 310,054,912
    SM111 860,405,760
    SM112 243,322,880
    SM120 391,143,424
    SM130 48,525,312
    SM131 10,760,589,312
    SM121 4,468,727,808
    SM104 48,680,960

Does anyone know what SM131 processor is? and any idea to reduce this process?

    Thanks in advance
    SDKIM

    Hi SDKIM,

With this particular situation, I recommend opening a case with Support. Not all of the metrics you see have been made public, and I don't believe these particular metrics have been made public. Support would be able to better interpret your output and assist in troubleshooting the restart.

    Thanks!
