Configurations with Symantec Endpoint Protection v14 build 3876(14.0.3876.1100)

Symantec Endpoint Protection v14 build 3876(14.0.3876.1100) on a client server is showing the Gold Shield Icon with yellow symbol on it instead of green within taskbar.  Firewall rule 8014 is established on client server that has issue with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Server within network environment.  There are other servers with similar builds where Symantec Endpoint Protection v14 build 3876(14.0.3876.1100) is working correctly on server.  Is there any recommendations with from experience administrators that run into similar issues in the past. Thank you in advance.

I would advice you to create a case with support. But i would also point out that you're running a version that is very old.

Your adviced to upgrade to the latest version available.
