  • 1.  SEP gray box problem

    Hello,
    I'm new to the forum, hope I haven't got the wrong section.

    I have a SESE license, and therefore I manage a fleet of a few computers in Windows 7, however I have a scanning problem, when the antivirus is activated I do not receive the scanned files.
    So I try to disable on the client, in "Auto protect" "Scan files on remote computers" but the box is grayed out with the message "The administrator has locked this option. It cannot be changed".

    What to do ?
